Patrol Ministry…

Do we need this here as it is replicated in About Us: [[Frontier Services works with people across 85% of the continent in regional centres, Aboriginal communities, isolated properties and mining sites. It is the only organisation, public or private, providing these services across the whole of remote Australia.

Frontier Services is a charity and agency of the Uniting Church and grew out of the pioneering work begun in 1912 by the Rev John Flynn (“Flynn of the Inland”). The organisation needs to raise millions of dollars each year through donations to support provision of critical services.

Frontier Services’ goal is to work with and empower communities and individuals to overcome the disadvantages of living in remote locations.]]

Our Vision [[needs to move to About Us]]

In the remote areas of Australia,
Reconciliation will become reality
Hope will reduce anxiety and despair
Justice and equity will build community
Everyone will have access to the services they need
As we journey together…

Acknowledgement of Country

Frontier Services acknowledges the sovereign First Peoples on whose lands and waters we live, meet, and work.

We pay our respects to their Elders past and present and to all descendants of these Nations who have cared for this place since Creation.
